Business Leadership Program

Kickstart your career at a fast-growing startup through our curated 20-month rotation program for new grads. You’ll become a product knowledge expert while receiving mentorship from leaders in customer success, sales, and growth. You'll be instrumental in connecting business and growth functions together to build a safer internet.

This program is great for soon-to-be graduates from a 4 year university with a curiosity to learn the ins and outs of a highly technical product.

Technical Leadership Program

In this 20-month rotation program, you’ll complete an intensive product and business training course before rotating across customer-facing engineering teams including Sales Engineering and Solutions Engineering.

This program is great for soon-to-be graduates from a 4 year university with a CS degree looking to leverage their technical skills outside of a typical software engineering position.

Sales Accelerator

Join a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get an inside look at how a high-growth tech company generates revenue and scales its operations. Our Sales Accelerator Program includes a curated intensive training program especially designed to help fast-track your career in sales.

If you're excited to leverage your strong work ethic and natural people skills to make a real impact at a tech startup, this program is for you!

Engineering

Build and ship features used by customers as early as week one, while being mentored by former Square, Dropbox, and Coursera engineers. Help us solve a wide range of technical challenges, from creating complex app builders to supporting Fortune 500 companies on a Super Bowl scale.

This program is great for students or soon-to-be graduates from a 4 year university pursuing a degree in Computer Science or something similar.

Product Design

Shape identity platform experiences alongside a team of designers from Wealthfront, Uber, Lyft, and Meta! Develop your skills in design as you conduct research, product wireframes, prototype, and contribute to design crits. Your role will be integral in shaping our product vision and strategy and refining the way we work.
